Hannach Cox represented Gallop Executive at the 2024 UK Customer Experience Awards. Organised Awards International the UKCXA awards celebrate the inspiring efforts of the UK’s customer experience professionals and gives them a unique opportunity to get industry recognition for their hard work and noteworthy results.
Hannah chaired the judges panels for two categories, Best Digital Transformation (B2C) won by Kaizen Ticketing and Best CX for Vulnerable Customers won by Luton Airport.
