UK Customer Experience Awards 2025

Our MD of Client Partnerships, Hannah Louise Cox (She/ Her), again represented Gallop Executive at this years UK Customer Experience Awards at Wembley Stadium. 

Hannah has been a part of the Awards International awards programmes from the beginning, and this year, after again chairing the judges panel for the UKCXA, marked her 19th time judging at these events! 

She joined the CX-Celebrity duo Ian Golding and Emma Dark CCXP on stage to announce the winners of the ‘Best Customer Centric Culture – Over 500 Employees’ category.

🥉 Bronze winners were The Foundation in partnership with Three UK.
🥈 Silver winners were Saga plc.
🥇 Winners of the GOLD award were London Luton Airport.

The OVERALL winners of this years awards were Standard Life UK ⭐️
