We wanted to let you know that Gallop Executive has recently set up a peer-to-peer networking group called The X-Change. This group is for people who are active in the job market and looking for new opportunities.
The X-Change is a group of customer centric senior leadership professionals, and has been formed so that people can share ideas on keeping forward momentum, and tips and tricks on keeping relevant, motivated, and considered through a period of personal career change.
At nearly 100 members, the group is really gaining momentum and has already proven to be a great source of support to those in between roles.
