Karen Walker
Strategic Advisor, Client Experience

Karen has a background in senior operations and strategic transformation, helping household names such as first direct, Centrica and Virgin Media optimise the customer and people experience and improve overall business performance.  Karen currently works within the public sector as the Chief Executive Officer for regulatory body IPSA (Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority), where she is driving significant improvements and change to culture, customer experience and business processes to ensure seamless regulation and better outcomes for the taxpayer. 

Karen is also a Non-Executive Director at Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust.

Karen supports Gallop Executive in an advisory capacity, offering a valuable strategic perspective for business direction and client outcomes

Louise Locke
Business Advisor, Sales Support

Louise has a background in customer operations and innovation and has worked with numerous technology first businesses, including her current role as Managing Director of South Africa, with Custom Connect, Booking.com and Xerox. Louise has delivered significant change during her career across numerous industries including e-commerce, travel, financial services and a short time in public sector, and brings a dynamic breadth of experience in commercial and technology to the business.

Louise has a client facing role at Gallop Executive and brings really practical advice and knowledge around operating model transformation into client conversations. Louise also supports the Gallop business to ensure that technology and innovation are always top priorities when commercial business decisions are made, whilst remaining true to our company values and keeping people at the heart of our activities. 

Ant Morse
Business Advisor, Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Ant is the author of ‘The Future of Us’ (2022) – a book that explores the intersection of technology, society, and humanity. Many of Ant’s predictions from this book have now come to fruition and others are on track. Ant is a technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) expert, and has worked with business such as VMO2, the Cabinet Office, Samsung, Northumbrian Water, ICO UK (Information Commissioners Office), GB Paralympics and Scottish Power.

In additional to Ant’s client facing role at Gallop Executive, supporting our clients with their technology and AI ambitions, Ant also works closely with the Gallop leadership team to support and shape our own AI agenda – ensuring we take a practical, values-led approach to how AI is embedded across our business and ways of working. 

 

 

Myles Stuchbery
Head of client success

Myles is a trusted high performing colleague from Korn Ferry, and has been operating solely in the executive search space since he left university. Myles has experience of executive search in the large corporate world, as well as smaller niche boutique search businesses, operating in innovation and technology across industries including technology, industrial and consumer. Myles supported Hannah to deliver senior executive and leadership talent within the Customer Experience segment whilst they worked together at Korn Ferry. 

Myles has a Batchelor of Arts degree in Business Management, Marketing and Related Support Services, giving extra credibility, understanding and deep knowledge within Gallop Executive’s specialist areas, and also the wider professional services landscape. Myles is fundamental in ensuring superior delivery outcomes for clients, as well as supporting Gallop Executive to maximise the benefits of client relationships.
