Karen has a background in senior operations and strategic transformation, helping household names such as first direct, Centrica and Virgin Media optimise the customer and people experience and improve overall business performance.  Karen currently works within the public sector as Director of MP Services, Strategy and Change for regulator Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA), where she is driving improvements to the customer experience and business processes to ensure seamless regulation and better outcomes for the taxpayer. 

Karen is also a Non-Executive Director at Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust.

Fiona has over 25 years experience in sales having spent over 21 years as a Recruitment Director for a successful high end boutique search business that specialised in FMCG, hiring for businesses including Coca-Cola, Molson Coors, Reckitt Benckiser, GSK and many other instantly recognisable global consumer brands. Fiona is currently a Director at a prestigious equestrian consumer goods organisation and travels globally securing contracts with some of the most well known figure heads in the equestrian industry and other high net worth clients. 

Fiona supports Gallop Executive in an advisory capacity to offer sales support where needed ensuring as much as possible that well rounded decisions are made in favour of delivering the best outcomes for clients.

Jo has had many years experience in service and customer experience in the luxury hospitality industry at the prestigious Newhall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield, and has consistently been a top performer providing customer experience excellence throughout her career. Some of Jo’s clients include Take That, Robbie Williams, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, Arsène Wenger and Jamie Redknapp.

More recently Jo has been a work from home agent in luxury hospitality responsible for achieving bold targets contributing significantly to company performance and service excellence.
